Charlie was born in Lopburi, north of Bangkok, Thailand in 1964. After completing his schooling, he chose to follow his dream by becoming a chef. Charlie started his career at The Oriental Hotel in Bangkok and after a few years, he gained the unusually high position of Executive Pastry Chef at The Sydney Opera House, Sydney.
With his expertise, he became very well-known in Hotel & Food Hospitality in Thailand, Australia and many other countries.
His talent in this field was proven by his success in many competitions, with Charlie's creative talents & high skills as a chef, you will find both the presentation and quality of the entire menu to be the highest standard.
